Orchacin drops are an antibiotic to treat bacterial infections in the eyes. Orchacin eye drops have broad activity against different types of bacteria that infect the eyes. Orchacin drops contain 0.3% lomefloxacin, and they are effective in treating eye infections resulting from bacterial infection. They should not be used. Except in cases of bacterial infections only.
