Epoform is used to treat anemia associated with chronic renal failure, anemia resulting from the use of zidovudine in patients with HIV, and anemia resulting from chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors.
Epoform reduces homologous blood transfusions in patients undergoing surgery.
