Pexal is mainly used to improve blood flow in small blood vessels. It is used to relieve symptoms resulting from poor blood flow to the extremities such as leg pain while walking. Pexal may be prescribed to improve blood flow in small blood vessels in conditions such as diabetic retinopathy and poor cerebral circulation. The drug may be used as an adjuvant treatment to improve blood flow to the inner ear in cases of sudden hearing loss or tinnitus.
