Properties : Soplamin Capsules *Inhibits 5 alpha - reductase enzyme which converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone ( DHT ) & antagonizes DHT binding at the prostatic receptor. *Alpha adrenergic receptor blocking action ( Relaxation of smooth muscles in the bladder neck, Prostate capsule and prostatic urethera ). *Anti - inflammatory effect. Indications : Benign prostatic hyperplasia ( BPH ) to control and manage the urinary out flow obstruction & symptoms of BPH e.g Dxsuria, nocturia, prostatic, volume, etc.......
