Indications for Loxapine Psychoses Interactions for Loxapine Alcohol & other CNS depressants: Additive CNS depression. TCAs & Antiparkinsonism drugs: Anticholinergic effects potentiated. Clonidine & Methyldopa: Hypotensive effect of these drugs inhibited. MAOIs: Orthostatic hypotension with MAOIs.
